General Information

Materials
Kiln dried lumber is selected for optimum grain pattern and minimal defects. Hardwood veneer plywood may be use for areas that require large flat panels, mostly for rear cabinet panels only. Hardware is always top quality from professional sources and comes with a lifetime guarantee.

Construction
Methods of construction have to allow for seasonal wood movement. Some gaps are intentionally built into shelves and other parts that will expand and contract. Panels in cabinet doors are fitted with rubber cushions which allow for movement and also prevent rattling from sound vibrations.

Finishing
All finishing is done using hand applied stains and varnishes. This provides an excellent finish that demands to be touched. Stains can be matched to existing finishes providing we have a sample. We can sometimes obtain samples from speaker manufactures and get a very close match for your stands. However, please realize that no match will be perfect. Unless lumber came from the same tree at the same time there will always be some difference.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required prior to starting work on a project. The balance is due upon acceptance. Out of town orders can be paid for with Paypal, but will require an additional 3% fee. Extensive design work may require a fee for scaled drawings. This typically runs about $45.

• Lead and production times typically run 2 to 4 months.
• All final dimensions will be communicated in writing prior to start.
• A 50% down payment is required. We accept Paypal with a 3% fee.
